I don't think that matter can be disappear.
Because most of sthe tuff were formed from matters.
If the matters disappear,then we can't survive anymore.
Cause the human depends on those matters too much.
Futher more, we just from the matters.
By the neutral angle , the matters could be disappear , because when the matters disappear , everything disappear, but something are not formed from matters , they can exist , the new era will be started.
Then the universe will be change , the things are start of something new.
And just like the Cainozoic organism and Proterozoic organism changed.
